Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of  products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products with tampered or broken seals.
  • Products purchased under promotional offers or discounts.
  • Short-dated or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4 business days.
  • For products returned due to customer preference (not damaged or defective), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ALITA Nutraceuticals will cover all shipping costs.
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under our return policy.
